Nov. 4th, 2012 02:19 pmFriday truly blew.
On the bright side, that puts me in a mood to write post-Escobar fic, which means that I'm back to doodling things on the Vorkosigan-didn't-become-Regent AU (E Tenebris). I also caught Skyfall on Saturday (and totally messed up the ticket booking by booking tickets for Friday instead, just goes to show, I guess, how much of a mess my brain is, and that's even before nuclear war started on Friday. Fortunately I still managed to get tickets for a Saturday show, albeit in the front row of the theatre. The show was absolutely worth it - amazing and quite possibly the best thing I've watched this year - despite the crick in the neck it gave me, and the headache that lasted the rest of the day.), which really put me in a Vorkosigoverse type of mood.
I might have to watch Skyfall again, if an opening in my schedule turns up.
